At What Cost???

Hey Guy's! I need to get my Turbo-T painted and was wondering what a middle of the road paint job will cost me?? The car has no rust but several small door dings on every panel of the car. Someone tried to steal this car and popped the lock off the drivers side door screwing up the hole in the door that houses the lock assembly, so that will need fixed also. One more thing this car has chip guard on the bottom panels, is it a good idea to get rid of this or leave it??? Any extra cost associated with getting rid of it???
