Back up Lights stay on

[Tampa T-Type]

After doing a lot of dash work back up lights are staying on with ing on in all gears. I see a white 1/2 circle plastic connector with two wire plugs. This is loose from the top of the Steering column I can't see above it to see how it connects. I thought this was adj from the floor shifter.
Any feedback!
