Will 5inch back spacing allow the use of a 10inch wheel without it hitting the frame or sticking out beyond wheel well??

i measured the space from drum face to frame which on my car is 5.5", so any tire with more than a 11" sectional width will probably rub the frame.

I have 4.75 backspacing with an 18x10 rear tire and 275 Michelins and I had to roll the outer fender a touch. I am changing my centers to run 5.0 backspacing. Should be perfect.

18" rims have a lot less tire bulge than a 15"
