bad lag

Hey guys , i am running the ta54 turbo and the set up at the bottom , but i am using my brothers turbo 350 tranny with a
tci stall it said it was 1000 over stock so my guess is a 2000- 2200 it was for his pontiac motor . I have real bad lag with this trans and stall, i was going to go to the track but i would end up with a 3sec 60'. .

I have a brf 200r4 tranny with a trans brake and a ac 10" 2800 stall i was told , question is will the brf trans and the 2800 stall fix this lag or will it be like this all the time, maybe i should go a little bigger 3000-3500, the 2800 did not seem like much when it was in but did not get to try it out. its going back in soon just need to know if i should go bigger , the trans is a non lock up trans if that helps.

Did you get it fixed? The 54 is similar to the 63 I had and even with my 3200 stall it was a little less crisp than I like it. That turbo needs a true 3400 stall to be mean!

you got way more head on yours than i do so your car should fly..
plus your lightning the car...

you might want a 3400 stall with it but idont think youd really need i but it would be nasty coming off the brake with that kinda stall
