Hey folks, I'll keep it short, here are the symptoms:
-ScanMaster reads 000 for o2 mV sometimes, does it for many frames in a row, at a stop, or driving at highway speeds... I know that o2's that are NOT at WOT don't matter, but 000?
-I get about 12mpg, near stock.

Does anyone else get 000's on your ScanMaster? Any other ideas? Thanks.

Toggling to 00 isn't a problem, if the BLs are OK.
Don't get too carried away with the WOT voltage as being very accurate. The voltage displayed is accurate, but the represented AFR isn't. ie 830 mv can be 12.5 as easily as 11.8.

I dunno Bruce, 000? It should only be that low (or close) on decel (DFCO) otherwise it should always be toggling 200-800mV. 000 for 2 secs should set code 44 no, or maybe 13? 12 mpg would indicate a problem and the ECM has bumped BLM to try to bring the volts up. For 30 bucks I'd slap a new O2 in there

Like Jim said I get 000 on deceleration only. Look at your cross counts (cc's) and see how long it takes for it to get to 255 and reset to 0. It should do it in less than 8-10 seconds. When my Bosch sensor went bad it would not throw a code, and the cc's kept going up. But when I put in a new AC Delco it was easily four times as active.

Thanks for the replies. I forgot to add that the ScanMaster is not showing any error codes. On Sunday I was driving at around 75mph on the highway, and for at least 4 frames it showed 000. Then a couple 0xx's, I was driving steady, not decelerating or accelerating. I did not look at BLM's or o2 CC's though, I will check that out.
BlackBuick87, do the CC's go from 0-255 consistently whether you are driving or parked, etc?

You may have a lean cruise code on your chip. I run the Max Effort, and my 02s at cruise range from 000-100.
