baer brakes problem

When I last drove my car it was pulling to the right real bad.I put car on jackstands and when I spin the rotor it will spin a few times then start to bind up.Sometimes I have to force it to spin.Drivers side spins freely.What would cause that?Other things that have happened are tire wore out on outside of passenger side in 3500 miles.Got car aligned 2 times in that time also.Car was never really out of alignment.Brakes got put on same time tires did.Not sure if tire wear has anyting to do with it.I bought a steering rebuild kit to eliminate that as a problem.

You might want to change your brake line on that side. I had the same problem and a line replacement corrected it.

I would check the bearings (and races) also.
