Ball Joint Replacement

What is the proper way to remove the spindle so that i can replace the ball joints? Thanks for any feedback.

Just use a pickle fork and a large hammer since you are replacing them you don't have to worry about damage to the boot or ball joint. If you were going to reuse them I would do it different like the howe ball joint tool which acts like a press and expands within the spindle to push one side at at a time. Be sure to support the lower control arm with a jack or stand and you can replace them both very easily with a ball joint press rental tool.
