How much bedlining did that require for the whole thing?? Rhino-liner? How much did this project cost? What other undercoatings did you consider?

I'm also wondering if this would have been possible with a car on the ground? Granted, I'm planning on doing a frame off in several years (if the car isn't dust by then). Did you drill out holes for drainage? Sorry for all the questions.. just interested. Nice job of thinking out of the box.

Yeah there's a couple good questions.

1) How much did it run ya?

2) What kind of lining is it?

3) How much weight did it add?

With my GN resto getting ready to get into full swing I was thinking about have the whole frame done while it's out from under the car.

If the weight and cost are too much, then I'm just gonna go with the POR-15.

You didn't notice mine had the texturizing from below the lower belt line?.

I like it, but I'm strange.

it is a vortec bed lining system. the machine only costs $15,000...

it is a spray in bed liner, but if it can be sanded, then we can spray it

we have a bed lining business, so it didnt cost me anything more then some material and a lot of time. i have no idea how much we would charge for something like this.

i was going to spray it while the car was on a frame machine. but i decided that it would almost be less work to take the body off and do it that way.

we probably put on about 10lbs worth of material. give or take...

i had my frame powdercoated for$650, and it is beautifull
