anyone know the best time for one of these????

About the best I've seen people run is low 11's with heads and high 11's w/o. Hopefully you'll get more responces with actual times as I know you posted this before also.

I've gone 11.72 @ 117.74, on a crappy 1.82 60 foot, with only 20# of boost and my 93 octane chip.

my setup

the heads and intake are ported, 212/212 cam fererra valves, 3000 orange stripe, cas v1 or 2 cant remember which on it is...soon to have front mount and alky...60 lb injectors rjc girdle....what do you guys think i can do....bmr lowers and atr large rear sway soon....let me know...thanks

ive been 11.45 at 117.6 on nitto drag radials on a 1.64 60 ft. It was only 23-24 psi and a 23* timing chip. I think it can go 11.20s on a little more boost and a better 60 ft (pulled a 1.58 this weekend on a low boost run) You should be able to pull similar numbers i would think. BTW nice looking motor. Should be a real strong runner. a 44 with a decent stall is a very stout street combo

thanks

i hope i have enough stall for it...and i am shooting for 10's on a 44

Your goal of 10's would be easier with a TE60, but you should be able to run at least 11.20's maxed out.

Why not just get a big turbo, the 44 is not for running 10s. Why do you want a tiny turbo?

44

because i can't seem to get anyone to buy my 44....

I'm trying to see how quick/fast I can go with the 44 and 36 lb injectors. Best in sig. Just upgraded the converter from an orange stripe to the precision, ran Sat in a 30 mph cross wind and had a 11.44/118.48 with a 1.58 60'. Had no knock after launch with 42.5 psi fuel pressure. Trying to go 11.20 - 120 with combo.

Look at sig:)

Stock longblock.stock intercooler. stock throttle body.no converter switch w/ 1.64 60ft in 80 degree weather

I am shooting for low 11's on this same combo in a few weeks on 93 octane and alky.;)

I think Mike has the fastest blue top 44 combo Ive ever seen and he runs consistant,my best with stock ic was 11.69.For those of you who dont know Mikes car Raven is the licence plate.way to go Mike

reds 107
te44
stock convertor
BGC stretch
THDP
28 psi
low timing
3500 LBS for the car
210 LBS for me
3/4 tank full
11.31 119.8
stock valve springs, heads never off, intake not ported. LOVED IT!

You should get 10.70s with those heads and TE-44, try it, get some 1.50 sixty foots!

cool

i am shooting for 10's with it...we will see....and 6.99 in the 1/8th

btw

bought a Precision Front Mount for it this week...

I went right at 122 mph in the 1/4 with a ta-49 at 22-23#

I only ring it up since te-44 has same wheels just better compressor housing
