best 70T stall

Whats the best stall to use for a t-70 turbo using a lock up converter? Also what would be a good stall choice for gt-76 turbo?

I'm running a Vigilante LU converter with the ' 6 ' pump on my T70 Ptrim ( .82 ar ) non ball bearing and spool up is like it was a stocker And will spool faster if I want it to by boost controller in the TPro.

What stall is the #6 pump equal to?

I would say about 3600 at least. If you can stand the noise its a good converter, i took mine out went to a 9/11 3400 stall and its just right. However the vigilanted locks better then the 9/11, but both converters will break in time. I have folded a few fins here and there.......
