Best place to buy a used laptop?

Ebay is the obvious choice I would assume but does anyone here have any experience with someone on ebay? Any other reliable places to buy directly from without going thru the auction bs of ebay? Want one with XP as I hear that Vista is usually a nightmare to deal with.

I found some store one time looking for a used laptop. They had Hundreds with warranty etc Just search used laptops on google & you get a few good hits I'm sure. Could have been off an e-bay ad to the store maybe??
