im gonna change out the fluid and filter.. wheres do ya'll get yours frorm??

any helpful hints for me, as its the 1st time im attempting this??

i just get it from autozone...as far as fluid i use b+m trick shift tranny fluid...not the synthetic just the regular...it's blue...seems to work fine

I used the GM oem. The ford fluid is reccommended in the spring get ready instructions on this site. I added a drain plug for eaiser fluid changes. Now I can change fluid more often and skip the filter to every third change. Once every 6,000 miles should do it.
