My '95 PA takes a special connector on my buddy's "Auto X-Ray" that's only for '94-'95's...If I use the regular ODBII connector, it says, "vehicle not responding".
So with that said, what would be my best bet for a decent scan tool.(1995 Park Ave 3800-SC series I, M62-blower)

TurboLink has an adaptor for such an occasion ;) I used it on my brother's non-supercharged Pontiac of about the same vintage.

You might call TurboLink and ask them about it. I think Tlink will work for you. Scanmaster may work too, as well as directscan, but I don't know. FullThrottle will know about the scanmaster and directscan products.

I personally like the OTC 4000 enhanced scan tool. I bought one off ebay for about $250 that does 89-97 GM, Ford, and Chrysler. I don't have AutoX-ray but have heard they have some nice data-logging capabilities but I like the idea of being able to use my OTC on every car I own.

If you want an OTC scan tool, a member of this board had a few to sell for a reasonable price a few months ago....Do a search on "OTC 4000" and you'll find him :)
