By that I mean, you will end up with different WOT settings depending on whether your are in street mode or race mode.
Your setup for the track will likely be much different than that for street use.
I.E. higher boost, higher timing, better gas/alky, etc.
Your wot setting would be different if you were running 28# of boost that if you were running 18# of boost. Fuel requirements would be much different.
When I was racing, I ran 28# of boost, 25+ deg of timing, and had the octane to support that. If I didn't turn the WOT knob up from my street setting (20# of boost/19deg timing) I would be extremely lean with all that boost.
