Even though my trusty te-44 with .63 Garrett housing was great, I just got a set of Champions and a 206-206 cam and have been thinking about going up in turbo. i would really like to keep my 009's and ultimately only want to go low to mid 11's. I've got a loose 3100 stall in a pro-torque 10.5 converter and mainly use the car for street/strip driving. Although it is mainly on the street only on the way to the track;) What do you guys think??

Money no object ball bearing CPT66.

Tune it until you run out of injectors. :)

Otherwise perhaps a 61 or 62.

Maybe one of the new GTQ's in a similar size.

Lots of options with that nice Protorque in there.

I think I have the same one.

Whatever you buy you can tune until you run out of injectors but you may get a new set of 72's and want a turbo big enough to use them all up. :D

you already have a turbo to do that why spend any $

with can and heads a 44 can do do that

I agree with Heads/Cam, i guess i would really like to see a LOW 11 sec slip and i don't think i can get there with a 44. Any thoughts?

I have seen example of cars going 11.3 with TE44, on a 206/206 cam. Dont remember if it had ported heads.
