Best vacuum booster?

What is the best vacuum booster to use, single or double diaphragm when switching to vacuum brakes? What year and model car doe's it come from? Thanks.

To make it simple, I use the brake booster and master cylinder from a 1987 Regal non-turbo.

i believe the Monte SS had a smaller diameter dual diaphragm booster for one year- 86, maybe?- that is better than the larger single diaphragm booster on other G bodies..
there is also the 89 (i think?) Caprice 11 inch dual diaphragm booster that is said to be an almost direct bolt in, as well..
