I want to speed and firm up the shifts in my 200R4 what have you guys used and what works best. Was looking at
http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/showthread.php?t=165142&goto=newpost

But I dont really need the brake. I know squat about tranys so I need something simple I have a stall we are putting in next week 2800 -2900 restalled D5 :D

Friend says to get the billet super Servo from Postons Item # ck107 and or a good shift kit.

Just want somethig to make it shift firmer and faster maybe hold the gears a little longer.
Trans has about 60,000 miles on it and is a stocker so I dont want anything that is going to make it blow up either.
Any help would be great guys :)
Thanks

You want to go with a shift kit. Get the full kit, all new bands and clutches. You have to modify the valve body a bit ( drill a few holes), but the instructions will tell u were. Thats the best way to go for reliablity.

Does a 10vane pump also help? Art Carr sold me a pile of parts, that was one of them. Tranny kicks butt so far....

Thanks Guys I like the CK Trans Shift kit sounds kit but dont even have to drop the VB!!!

Called but there closed :( It is Sat. after all.

I dont see the Billet Servo deal there though they have the GN one but when I get someone on the phone Ill ask some more.

Anyone else have an suggestions?? Things you like??
Thanks
