What do you guys recommend as far as removing maybe slightly rusty bolts from say a turbo housing or downpipe or cast iron manifold? I used to use the ole torch trick to heat them up, but I wondered if trying to remove them on a hot engine would yield the same results? What are your guys thoughts? Tackling a project soon and would like to know.

Soak them for a few days in PB blaster. If you have to heat them up use the torch, engine temp won't do it. It will have to be cherry hot or soaked for a couple of days.
