Best way to remove undercoat?

Need to do a floor board and want both sides to look the same so I'm going to remove all undercoat and just repaint it leave it that way never sees rain or anything anyway

Get a good heat gun and a good scraper or two, and do the deed, its a shitass job wear long sleeves and eye protection as it will get pretty hot..Mike

And wipe it down with kerosene to finish the job. It is a yuck job. Nitrile gloves = best friend.

Foamy engine brite and a pressure washer. Finish is up with wax and grease remover and a scotch brite.

small propane torch and a wire brush is the least messiest way to go.
