I've been researching the archives looking for reviews for the different wideband options available. I'm going to be ordering a Powerlogger tomorrow and would like to order a WB to connect to the PL. Is there one that seems to work better with methanol from a tuning standpoint? Also, I may consider upgrading my TT chip for one that automatically corrects fueling based on WB02/target WB. I noticed there's a pretty dramatic price difference between the various units. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I cant speak for anyone else, but my PLX was very reasonably priced and relatively easy to install for me and two buddies. And I could tie it into the PL with one wire. Very simple to install. I think it took us longer to run the 02 sensor wire than it did anything else.

Seems to be accurate, as I picked up .5 and 4mph with it at the track. No problems yet with running the alchy.

Havent decided if I want the A/FR correction chip or not yet.

Just my .02.

i second the plx...i have an old plx-300 and never had any trouble with it..my car really loves alcohol.. Bob

Well, I just ordered a PLX so we'll see how things go. I'm still thinking about upgrading my existing TT chip to the WB correction (TT 6.0WB I think). I'd be curious to hear anyone's experience tuning his car with an alcohol kit and this chip.

Same here. I use an old PLX M-250 with the NTK sensor. It's simple but very effective.
