The South- Southern Cooking
The North- Whole Hog

I am sure everbody see's Tailgating specials

I'm for Trailer Gating
Emeril And Bobby Flaw have nothing on Ronnie And Adam's Food.:D

I tried a something new at the x-mas party, should make for a good lunch one day!!! I am as excited about the cooking as I am the racing, well almost!!

Where's Anthony Bordaine ?? ;)

Eric the cooking will find it's way on film!!! It would be nice if the North & South TSM racers could all park close to eachother. It would keep running around to a minimum and be more fun with everyone gathered around chit talking..

The DSR crawfish boil will be the highlight of the event! You northern boys have never had real cajun cooking like we'll be doing.

I'm looking forward to Ronnie's pig roast, we'll see how he stacks up against southern pig roasts.

I'll be frying whole chickens, maybe a pork roast too. If I have room in the truck I'm bringing the pit too.

Hey Eric, I was goingto be able to sample some of both camps food but seeing how the guy from the south who invited me to his cook out is mad at me I guess it will be all northern stuff for me. Maybe we will have to do fried chicken like the BPG two years ago.
SEE YA, Kip

I AM GOING THIS YEAR! Already turned in vacation time! You gonna see me eat and drink and have a great time:biggrin:

I can't wait. Last year we had Adam's steaks, Kereny's fish fry, the DSR cajun-fest and RJC's breakfast sandwich's. This year, I won't pack any food and use the extra fridge space for more booze!

With the economy, I've been wondering if I should go this year...
Food, friends and booze... I'M THERE!

To give you guys a basic idea of the cookout plans. Dick Kerney usually has his Fish Fry on thursday I belive (Cal chime in if i'm wrong), Adam usually cooks out pretty much every other night.

Getting a plan on when who's cooking out will be nice so everyone can plan around others dinners and that way we all can attend all cookouts and have a good time. No sense in having two cookouts going at one time..

The hog should go about 200# cleaned so your all welcome to join in. My buddy is picking it out today so it can get special attention until it is ready.
We are starting cooking thurs. so that the 150# of charcoal can cool fri afternoon and sat.
