BGC stock location intercooler 450.00 shipped

Does this Intercooler come with a shroud?Does it need any different brackets to mount up?

uses stock brackets. I went to a 70 p-trim and the housing is bigger so the intercooler sits uneven. I am looking for a good front mount.

Don't want to appear to highjack this thread but I have an original Mark Jackson 20 Row stock location intercooler in near perfect condition (paint scratches show in picture). Asking $525 plus shipping: includes all brackets and sheet metal shroud (not plastic) with cutout for sway bar.
