Biggest turbo with my convertor

I currently have a TE45A and a PI vigilante 3200 stall single disc lockup. It spools nicely, no complaints. I was contemplating a 70 or so turbo upgrade, but didn't want to change the convertor. Could I get one of the new GTQ's in a ball bearing setup and spool it with my convertor? I'm thinking maybe a GTQ70BB.
