i was pissed off at them for not honoring my extended warranty on my 05 VETTE, after talking to them on the phone, i said to myself ill never do business with them again and would tell everyone the same. no more "BILL TURD " .

If they manage their business well I'm sure they're doing all right. You can't 'bite the hand that feeds you' for too long before it quits feeding you.

that bunch was the WORST I've ever attempted to buy from.
Talk about hi psi! The saleman tried to hold my trade in keys, til I agreed to buy a truck that I didn't want. All this, after he lied to me about what he had in stock. He and his sales "mangler", a$$hat, came really close to having some serious $hit started in his showroom.
Bill Turd is not alone w/ shady stuff. The souths largest Vette dlr, Maxie Price, is also on that program. They tried to make me sign an agreement, that I'd do the deal, if the $ were acceptable. I told him to use that paper for a$$wipe, and left. [The sales mangler there, had just come from Bill Turd, in Buford, GA.]
HOORAY!! They're all out of business! Sad that alot of good techs, and support folks had to lose thier jobs..

Back when the 454SS truck came out the Bill Heard "Mr Big Volume USA" stealership in my hometown wanted 7k more than the other dealerships close by and were not to friendly at all..real jerks!!
Needless to say they did not get my business
