Starting a few days ago, my BL wont go down below 135-142 while at
idle. While driving it will down to 117-128, and under heavy
acceleration, will go down to 111.

Before it would idle(this is in gear) at 128, and crusing would be at
110, and the car hauled big time.

I adjusted the FP up and down, and the BL on the scanmaster did not
change at all, regardless of my changing the FP +-5psi in both
directions.

Any ideas?

Ill also randomly get a check engine light, but that has been recently
since the BL has gone up to 150 while idiling in gear.

leak?

Sounds like maybe vacuum leak. Still running flex hose between MAF & turbo? Check for hole in hose near Alt bracket.
Check all lines etc.

Get the code first. That may point you in the right direction.

Otherwise, biggest culprits are leaks: vacuum or exhaust. Also sensors, o2 and MAF.

An O2 sensor on its way out will do this... how active is it?

what you mean how active is it?
How active are the O2 cross-counts? The cross-counts should cycle from 0-255 at idle with engine at op temp in Closed Loop. If it takes longer, than the O2 is on is way out.

recently it kinda hovers in the same area.

Does any O2 work? Or specifically have to be AC delco? Like is there make/model to them or no?

All O2s are not created equal. Must use one that is equivalent to an AC Delco AFS-20, preferrably Delco or Denso sensors work best in our cars.
