hello peoples: I got my sticker today, but stupid me, I tried a new place. This guy was afraid to put on the emergency because he thought it might not return. I can understand that, but because my windshield washer spray didn't work, he was gonna fail me. He didn't but said fix it and come back. I went to my normal place and got 1.

There's lots of shady jerks out there a long with just plain asswipes.
When I was a kid working at a gas station the clown owner would tell the customer he needed
a headlight adjustment to pass. Amazing how everyone was out of alignment but $12 would fix it.

Im in arkansas,dont need doors,hood,trunk lid,fenders,exhaust,glass,do need working lights and seat belts, no inspections, not a bad place to live, antique car plates one time 7 dollar fee for the plate.
