BLM @ 142 too high?

my blm is at 142 seems a bit high, cheacked for vac leaks everything seems fine dont know how to properly check the egr area since i have a rjc pp which blocks it from the intake and i also had cut of the egr port on upper plenum..other than that i also noticed a very fine hairline crack on driver header, barely noticeable i noticed when i couldnt burnout with the 6765 it just wouldnt brake boost off the line it would stay @ 0 psi when i would try and brake boost it the car would just raise up a bit in rpm and not do shit, im thinking the header is the problem anyone got any other suggestion 142/145 isnt way to far off...?
 
Geneally if there's a vacuum leak or pre turbo exhaust leak the BLM's would be driven all the way to the 150 max. Values in the low 140's generally are caused by something amiss in the tune.
But a very small header crack like you describe could easilly be your culprit.
 
if its just the idle BLM, and it drives ok, its probably fine to leave it. It is most likely a vacuum leak. (throttle shaft seals, PCV, EGR).

What are the cruise and light accel BLM's ?

well cold start regular 128 then once it warms up and then it goes into closed loop the condition appears havent looked while cruising very much... just noticed it when i couldnt burn out the car??? i was like wtf? the car wont rip the tires apart, and when i tried launching it from a dead stop it kinda bogged on me and then it went real lean 16-17 on afr then by mid 2nd gear i started passing 15psi and converter flashed near 35-3800 and it started pulling real hard, but on the initial brake boost couldnt get the tires loose..if i ever see any KR know even in the decimal .03 or .01 i always let off i have no knock..i also tried turning off the alky i usually dont try to peal out for no reason but i wanted to do aburnout for no reason and noticed this B.S...also most of my tests are done in 3rd as we are suppose to so i really dont launch the car from a dead stop its always a roll but i just learned today my shit sucks off a dead stop how the hell cant i break the tires loose but pull like a train??
 
basically at WOT on a brake boost stays at 0-1 psi no more, i also just blead the brakes and did a brake job...i wonder wtf is going on? i might need a line lock i aso feel rpm limited on the brake boost while im trying to burn out feels low like in 2k's or 1800 range will check should i do a video
 
I am experiencing the same thing right now, small crack on drivers side header. If you block off your tail pipes and put a air source of about 20 psi in one pipe take a squirt bottle with water and a little dish soap
spray it around your headers and watch for bubbles, then you will find your leak. In my case the small little crack was not so small and was pissin air from between #3 & #5 header pipe in the "Y". This fools the computer in thinking the engine is running lean because it sucking unmetered air through the crack and adding fuel and robbing power. My blm was running between 144-150.I just ordered a stock replacement header from kirbans....good luck!
 
if your RPMs at 0-1 psi are in the low 2000's, then your converter is too tight for that combo. Of course assuming other stuff is 'right'. (like the tune)

Take the headers off and take them to Mitchell's Welding right by "The Falls" off of US1. Talk to John and tell him Jose sent you. He is a really good friend of mine and has experience working on our headers. He will work them to the point that you will never have to worry about them again and his price will be more than fair. Trust me, his work is awesome!

vigilante 239028-7 i will recheck the exact rpm in a bit im just guesstimating by sound of engine havent really looked at rpms, maybe i'll just take a vid for everyone can see the situation..or just logged a run im actually having trouble logging a run, i press the space bar to record and then i notice i have nothing saved?? after?
 
i think if the headers were cracked alot it would be pegged @ 150 but regardless of the fact im going to take it off and weld it..and put a new gasket on the driver side and i guess i'll recheck blm's after that
 
took some vids and jumped on the powerlogger i was right when i try and do a brake boost burnout it wont pass 1800 rpm, also my blm while cruising go anywhere from 138 to 128..and on light throttle 140
 
and my stall flashes a bit higher than i thought..it flashes somewhere in the 37-3900 range i squeal tires when she starts pulling hard... i dont know whats wrong... why cant i brake boost im starting to think my crack on driver header is very light and really shouldnt worry about it, or maybe i will just change it out tomorrow for the fuck of it, but i dont think its gna fix my issue is converter to tight?? or just turbo way too big to spool @ the line....i have bailey 2 step rev limiter but not installed yet...also im running dex 6 is that making my stall have a bit higher rating? i think ive read before vig converters are underrated by a couple 100 rpms,
 
i would love to post a logged run but my plogger doesnt record i think its because i installed windows on a macbook pro i had to use bootcamp to run windows and i need to install updated drivers so all my key functions work while on windows..i did record thru my phone some shots and some light driving while looking at scanmaster and plogger thru my phone...
 
i wish i could? i manually scroll with arrow and right tab a few times but it doesnt record it wont show the record button grayish and pushed in i hope u no what i mean? it does let me monitor and esc/review..i also try the space bar but it wont record.. it will tab over to the space record button like if it tried but just wont record i should have never installed windows on my mac..also i have alot of things that dont work while using windows none of my pf keys work nor the cd drive insert/eject...but once i use regular osx platform everything works perfect.
 
grab a cheap laptop from BoostedPimp on the board. Its cheaper than a broken motor......
