I don't believe that # is a stage 2 block, just a stock 4.1

hate to break it to you, but john is right. those blocks are prone to cracking on the head deck. do a search, many people claim they are running them with the cracked deck anyway. Block Photo Guide

if you know about "the other board" look in the tech articles for budget 4.1 build. i'd do it.
