I would like to know if the overpressure oil in the turbo can cause blue smoke and oil in hausing exaust ???( the turbo is NEW )

What size drain line out of the turbo do you have? I recently dealt with a car that we had the return line too small and it dumped oil bad.
It also had high oil pressure (Duttweiler pump) and restricting oil to the turbo helps.

We were using a -6 AN for a drain and it was a problem. My opinion is 3/8" is too small. Also the drain must not run uphill at any point.

The factory drain tube will work with all 3-bolt turbos up to the PT76 GT-Q, but you will have to drill out the flanges' bolt holes for the larger bolts that are used on T4 series turbos. Typically we would require a -10 AN size return line be used on all turbos, with no kinks in the braided SS, no cast steel or aluminum fittings, but all hose ends and straight adapter fittings. Anytime a kink gets in the braided hose, or if cast 90* or 45* fittings are used, the oil can back up in the turbo and flood the cartridge to the point of leaking past the oil seals.
-4 AN feed line and -10 AN return.

I know this is an old thread but...

Patrick any issues with the feed/returns John sells? I'm working thru a smoking issue myself and I using both John's feed and return.
