I heard the new AMS 1000 bost controlers allow you to save up to 5 different preprogramed settings. Is this true?


I have had the MSD boost controller, the MSBC-1 Boost Controller. Now the AMS 1000. So far nothing compares to the accuracy of the AMS 1000.

That Scramble button comes in real handy. Exspecialy when your trying to keep the boost below the TSM legal 24 PSI rule:biggrin: I am told that it is sometimes neccassry to hold that button from second gear on down the track

I have also found another use for the Scamble down input on the AMS in conjunction with the use of an ALKY kit.

Install a pressure sensor in the alky line that willclose if the pressure falls below a safe point and tie the ouput to the scramble down wire and set it to the lowest point and it will lower your boost down to its minimal setting set by the spring.
