boost drops in 2 & 3 gear

Race only car. FAST FI datalogging. Datalog shows that first gear boost spikes at 26 and then boost drops immediately to 21-22 and stays there through 2 and 3 gear. 23 deg timing. What's going on? Anybody had this happen. Killing performance. Help?

You may need to port your wastegate. What boost controller are you running? If it's electronic there should be some setting you can adjust to overcome boost spike (assuming it's not a gate problem)
