boost flutter.

just had my te45a rebuilt at limit engineering. i am currently using rjc racing boost controller but as i am going into boost it is blowing off. i tightened the rod as much as possible. Any ideas? its the same flutter you get when you let off the gas pedal only it is doing it while i am on the gas. any ideas?

I had something similar happen to me. One of my intercooler clamps came loose. Not enough to be visible, but was tight enough to allow about 10lbs of boost and then it would let go. Wasn't visible like I said. I had to go over all my clamps, but I found it. Worth a look. Sometimes it's a simple thing.
