I don't have one myself, but if you ordered a grainger valve from RJC I don't believe it should be hooked up the same way K.C. had his bleeder valve set up. If you look at the pic and read the link from their site, their "Hybrid Boost Controller" is connected between the turbo compressor and the WG actuator. In their pic you can see it is connected right next to the compressor vacuum line fitting.
I'm no expert and I'm still learning too, but the way I understand things is a bleeder valve protects from overboost by bleeding off excess boost pressure beyond whatever level you have it set at. A grainger valve "contains" the pressure coming from the compressor, thereby keeping the WG closed until the set boost is reached, then it opens allowing pressure to the WG actuator. After the grainger is open the WG actuator protects against overboost like it normally does. Keeping the signal pressure away from the actuator aids in spool-up. Some people use both a grainger for spoolup and a bleeder for boost control.
