A 14.6 BILLION dollar project that one of the tunnels has 400, yes, 400 leaks and will require 10 years of repairs. Water leaks that is. This tunnel is under water. Pretty good for a project that is not even completed. Why should people outside Boston care? Because the American public is on the hook for %90 of the money..............that's why. Mostly Federal dollars
