bought second fast in less than 2 months problems

just recived a new fast from motorstate. said they just got it from fast. it's not a 2.0 built 1/18/11 and the last one i bought was built 2/11/11 both are not 2.0's and both cases look used. why is this?

Are you sure your vendor isn't getting rid of old stock? Every ecu we have received in the last few weeks has 2.0 installed and is built within days of when we order it

that would be a good thought if they had one in stock last week. but they just got it from fast
