Imo, the only time a bov is needed would be during racing conditions at a road course or autocross track where many turns take place and the driver is in and out of the throttle. In those conditions the bov would show a slight advatage as it would reduce spool up time when coming out of turns and what not... As for normal driveing you will see no increase in performance unless you enjoy getting in and out of the throttle quickly or you just want the sound. As for the price of a bov, I agree with the other members, you could put the money into other go fast goodies and actually see gains in performance insted of seeing a gain in a new under hood noise. Just my .02
