Yeah, that is a tad different from the stock 83 Grand Prix part.

I like the stock GP one because it huggs the core support so you can still run a front mount, appears the Kirban one hangs down quite a bit, would also hit the stock shroud.

the one i got fits tight against the frame then the swaybar bushings go on top of it and the bolts go through them it fits right above the factory swaybar

Yeah that's the one. It doesn't hit the shroud. I didn't know that was a gm brace. Tim took off mine so he could hug the core support with front mount pipes.
