Brake Fuse

I have a brake problem. Who doesn't.
My brake fuse blew every mile while I was troubleshooting the system untill I read someones thread on this sight telling another person to disconnect the fan relay delay. So I tried it. Then my car stopped blowing the 30 amp fuse. The question is whats next?

I purchased a new relay and it did not help. I tested all the parts of the power master and also looked for any bad grounds or damaged wiring.
Any suggestions?

could be a short in the electric brake pump causing the fuse to blow ..
