Brake leak question. . . . .

To start I do have a vacuum brake conversion. I have had a pedal that has been getting softer and softer. I know barely have any brake at all. I can see there is fluid leaking between the master cylinder and the vacuum booster. After doing some searching I think the master cylinder has crapped out and that is what is leaking down the front of the booster. Just wanted to get your guys opinion before I tear into it.
