I have an 86 T-Type that is low miles all original. I have just learned that there was a brake recall on these, and I don't have any decals on my radiator support showing that the defective realled brakes were repaired. Is this a big deal? Should I still worry about my original brakes?

EDIT...Get teh second design accum The original doesnt have the reserve that the second did. Recall on the original Switch, original wont summon the pump to come on to recharge the accum.

i.e.- The Brake light comes on brakes are like pushing on a wall and your stop attempt = FAIL/crush/crumple/death/bad juju

The only brake recall was for the original black pressure switch which was replaced with a grey one.

There never has been a recall for the accumulator.

On cars built in Canada, there is a recall for the prop valve, but not in the USA.

Typical of the Powermaster system is not IF it will fail, but WHEN it will fail?
