Brake stuck, but not stuck

so my car has been sadly stored in a horse barn for 3 yrs, it was put there until i could get time to work on it, so the barn partially collapses luckily not on the car, but ill get to the point, i pulled it out of the barn with the shiter in nuetral came out nice and easy, rolled easy no issues, started it up, brake pedal is stuck to the floor, wont move but brakes seem to be completly locked up, but sill moves easily in nuetral so it cant be the brakes themselves, the brake system is still the original gas system, any help would be appreciated, thank you

Is the pump running ( electric motor under the master cylinder)? Key on engine off, you should hear it run , it has a fuse.

I'm still amazed at all the cars that still have the original faulty PM system.

It’s not been easy to keep my PM up to good working order. Can’t let them set three years.
Lots of good options for OP to choose to get it up and safe.

thanks for the heads up hensleyt, it wasnt making any noise so i hit it with a hammer a few times, Concussive maintnance, and engine very very slowly whired, its pretty dead, so i know theres a conversion , never really looked into it, whats the difficulty level on it, and also while im at it, does anyone know of any buick specialists in minnesota

Probably the vacuum would be easiest. I know Kirban has everything maybe Gbody parts and Fullthrottle may. I shop Fullthrottle the most and Gbody some and Kirban everything I have gotten from a three venders vary happy with. There will be some wining about some of them but you won’t here any from me.

Vacuum is very easy, hydroboost way better but a more complicated and expensive install.

thanks, ill shoot turbo nasty a pm, and ill look into the vacuum, i need to get rid of this pm system its been nothing but hassle ive completly replaced it once 5 yrs ago and i know its my fault for letting it sit for some long, but come on lol,
