I have a brand new Wilson TB #471095

This is a 95mm Square Flange 1450cfm throttle body. This throttle body has a 4.250" outside diameter.

This was mounted on an intake (so has some light mounting marks), but never used.

Wilson lists these for $387.18

What needs to be added for it to interchange with my existing 70 mm TB?

If you have the champion cast intake (not a ported stocker), you'll need a ford style upper, a ford 5.0 tps with a weatherpack connector, and if you want iac you'll need an adapter for your stock one to work on a ford tb. Champion also makes a kit to use a lokar throttle cable with their upper.

I have one of the ford style uppers I would trade for your 70 upper plenum.
