broken motor mounts?

is there a way to tell with certainty whether or not one or both of my motor mounts are either broken or totally worn out? I think (and hope) I am getting false knock due to this. perhaps my 3" DP is hitting the frame as a result of my motor torquing to that side when i step on it, i had some clearance trouble getting it on. anyway, i think i might have a problem with the motor mounts, it does lean back and to the right when i rev it, is there anyway i can tell for sure?

have someone put the car in gear ,do slight brake torque you watch the motor and usually you will see movement if bad.Also do the same in rev.
