Bruce: Govenor spring or a kit to get the tranny to shift at 5500rpm

I don't want to fiddle around pulling the tranny pan off and on. I want my trans to shift at 5500 rpm. I put new valve springs in ect.

Where can I buy the right gov spring or kit and be done with it?

I still want around town low rpm shifts, and WOT shifts at 5500.



I have the pts shift kit and love it
Also threw in the pressure regulator too.

Did you do a search? There have been many posts, one said about how many grams per 100 RPM.

Yup did a search and read a lot.

I called Pts and talked to mark. Nice guy helped me out a bit. The cable must have got mis adjusted some how. Now it pulls all the way to 5600rpm in firts and second.
