BstC Boost Controller and Spool Up

I've been doing some reading on the BstC Boost Controller and have a question regarding the TPS adjustment on the back. By adjusting this will it decrease your spool up time? Has anyone done this? How effective is it? The further clockwise you set it the higher the TPS voltage will have to be to allow the turbo to spool? i'm guessing that a counterclockwise adjustment will spool the turbo sooner. True?

True, I set mine to about a 2.5v trigger level.
