Bucking

Here's the deal. Recently bought an 87 and the transmission has a slip from 2-3. When I come to a stop sign, the car will buck or lunge forward. Is this the tranny?

Could be a bad TCC solenoid in the trans. Does it do it only after the trans is warm or does it do it all the time? Unplug the electrical connector on the side of the trans and see if it still does it.

Mine trans is doing the same thing but it only do it when the car is warm when I let off the throttle and come to a stop its like I have a stick car

Splice in a Universal Solenoid. GM part with Harness is no longer available.
