Hello, Is this crank for stock application. Is it ready to install. Can I use all stock connecting rods, pistons etc. Has it been balanced, polished. Any other work need to install. Thanks.

Yes it an OE crank out of an 87 GN. You could run it as is, but if it were me I'd at least polish it. It has the factory balance.
