I know many of ya'll out there are masters or atleast conisoures of the Buick V6 in all of its forms. My question is will a Series II computer accept the crank trigger input off of a Series I trigger ring and sensor? They are 3/8 different diameter with the Series II being bigger. I'm not going to waste my time on the clubgp board as they seem to ignore my posts on computer questions so I hope ya'll can help me out. A second question is did the redesign the timing cover between series I and series II? I know the bottom half of a Series I timing cover bolts up to the classic Buick V6 block but will a Series II cover bolt up? I can't get my hands on one for another week minimum so I'm stuck to wonder this stuff till then.
