Has anyone here installed a 23 row buickgn.com intercooler, and had it not line up with their turbo? Mine's not even close. Is this common?
If it didn't, what solutions did you guys come up with?

Generally with any I/C change you have to change the position of the turbo a little. Commonly known as "clocking" the turbo. Do a search, there are plenty of details...

Good Luck!

I have that Intercooler and had to make a custom bracket for the passenger side. The turbo had to be clocked a tiny bit but other then that the Intercooler took minimal time to install, and and works awesome.... here is a pic of mine, also the bracket I made...

Didn't have any issues when I had one on my own GN. Have since switched to the front mount we sell. On my car, I just used the stock bracket with a notch cut out of it. Worked fine and is this unit is now on a local car here without any issues. When installing, don't tighten any of the bracket bolts completely until all of them are attached.

Clocking the turbo as already mentioned will more than likely be needed as well. Also, depending on whose headers are being run the turbo might need to be turned a bit too. Are you still running stock headers??

A little patience and some minor tweaking and all should be good.

Did have to trim the passenger side bracket included with the intercooler but lined up with the turbo just fine.

I use stock headers. The turbos clocked right, it's jus that the intercooler is cocked over to the left of the turbo outlet like a half inch, and the IC is canted away from the fan a little. I went into the garage today to try and see if we could massage the bracket a little. I had to leave for school right befor they started the massaging, so, we'll see how she turned out.
It was too far away from the turbo for the turbo hose to even connect to it. I'll update this later on.
