...And I'm looking for a little advice. The engine will be easy 10-sec. power capable, with associated components. This is only the third TTA I've wrenched on, and the first TTA I'm taking to any level past "stock".

My question revolves around the fuel system, which will be running on E-85.

1.) What fuel pump(s) are available to run on the stock hanger on these F-body cars, capable of supplying adequate fuel?

2.) Any advice on dropping the tank?? I'm told the TR tanks have spoiled me over the years versus the TTA's... ;)

Thanks,
K.

Dave is running E85 and twin pumps. He has a few good pics of his setup on here somewhere. He goes by Dvernst. He has the record for the most friendly comments ..lol

You have to drop the rear end as low as it will go and then pull the tank. Trick is not getting the neck pinched because it can leak at the joint. Pretty easy to do. I dont know why everyone complains about it. If you have a lift, your golden.

Another hard part is getting the muffler out of the way. If you can swing it to the passenger disregard might be enough. Best is to pull it off the car though.

I have a bunch. I can text them to you of you're interested?

You can use a Buick double pumper harness, but have to change the pins on a few of the plugs.

1 pump till 18psi
2nd comes on with obbs
Then both till 26psi for now

I have a 7 psi Hobbs switch, and in the fuel pressure log you can't see it come on.
